General Terms & Conditions
- All payments are to be done as per the agreed payment terms in the proforma invoice. Payment will not be made in any other currency except the issued proforma invoice currency.
- The seller will not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this proforma invoice due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, and acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, or accidents.
- If the buyer cancels an order or any part thereof after acceptance of the proforma invoice, for any reason, the seller shall have the discretion to charge cancellation fees or deduct such fees (including full forfeiture) from the advance received.
- All intellectual property rights in the goods shall belong to the seller at all times.
Timeline for Delivery
- Regular products like natural wavy and regular colours like natural colours can be shipped within 1 week or as per the mutually agreed terms.
- Customized products like steamed curly and bleached colours can be shipped within 2 weeks or as per the mutually agreed terms.
- Custom-made products basis client requirement will take extra time and has to be discussed on a case-to-case basis.
Return Policy
- The seller warrants that the goods being supplied are free from defects and if there are any defects, then the seller shall after ascertaining the existence, validity and nature of defect, repair or replace the goods, as per its discretion, and at the charges or at nil charges which may be agreed. However, the warranty does not apply to buyer’s local laws, re-sale, defects caused by accident, misuse, non-adherence to usage guidelines or normal wear and tear.
- We will also not accept any returns nor take responsibility for the return stock without written confirmation from the seller.
