The IndiTress Story
The founder, Deepak Garg story started by trying to solve the problem of supplying good-quality hair extensions from India. Before founding this company, Deepak, academically he is an alumnus of IIT and IIMA and had worked in various consumer product companies across India and Africa for more than a decade.
Always keen on solving problems, he started to get into the root and found that most of the hair was coming from China which was not of the best quality the best hair was available in India but there were many challenges in sourcing, finding the right Indian hair supplier was an overwhelming task.
The main problems he identified were that either the suppliers were not honest or mostly they did not have the right technology and o lacked resources. By late 2012, he left his high-paying white-collar job and formed Indi Tress with 3 founding principles – Honesty, Competence, and Professionalism.
