- We ship goods directly from our factory address in India. We normally ship goods using air freight by FEDEX or DHL.
- Once shipped we share the airway bill with you which can be tracked using the respective carrier website. For larger orders, we also ship using air cargo. Kindly inform us in advance of your preference for shipment carrier.
- Even though we give tentative delivery times basis experience, we are not responsible for any delays because of customs clearance, flight connections, or other carrier delays.
- The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties as applicable to importing countries.
