This is the top focus for the company. We have a dedicated quality control department led by senior and experienced people.

We have a well-defined checklist for both product quality and process quality. We have also identified critical quality checkpoints across various departments and processes. As well we do a very thorough and detailed quality check before final dispatch. This makes sure that any quality deviation, if any, is caught within the factory before the final dispatch.

Bleaching and Colouring

Bleaching and colouring are our forte. We have gained deep technical know-how from the best in South Korea and China. Along with that, we have also developed in-house expertise to develop a proprietary process that allows our bleached hair strong and healthy.

We have a wide range of standard colours (refer to color page); we also love to work closely with the client to develop new color requirements as per the latest fashion.

Systems & Processes

A large part of hair processing is still manual work. The quality of the product largely depends on manpower skill and technical know-how.

What makes us different is that we have created standard procedures for each of the processes and we operate completely by SOPs (standard operating procedure). Thus, the results are not completely people-dependent but based on strongly defined processes. This makes our results idiot-proof and free of surprises.

Raw Material Sourcing

We understand the importance of getting the right raw material as this is the starting point to manufacture a great quality finished product.

Even though India has the largest amount of raw hair in the world, the good quality supply is still limited by what is naturally available from willing donors. With the increasing trend of coloring own hair, unhealthy lifestyles affecting the quality of hair, etc. the availability of good quality raw materials is reducing and getting exponentially expensive year after year. Over the years, we at Indi Tress have developed a very good understanding and reach in the key regions and the temples offering the best quality raw hair. With honest and ethical business dealings and fair-trade practices, we have earned a very good reputation and relationship with the key suppliers, and they love to work with us.
